ShengdaTech is engaged in the business of manufacturing, marketing and selling nano precipitated calcium carbonate ("NPCC") products. The Company converts limestone into NPCC using its proprietary technology co-developed with Tsinghua University. ShengdaTech is the only company possessing proprietary NPCC technology in China.
