Sun International Group Limited, formerly Galileo Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company is organized into three business segments: business consultancy, which is engaged in providing services to assist clients on various business or management issues; computer software solution and service, which is engaged in the provision of computer hardware and software service, and hotel services, which is engaged in the provision of hotel operation and management services. The Company's subsidiaries include Galileo Capital Group (BVI) Limited, Galileo Capital Limited, Golden Harvest Trading Limited, Loyal King Investments Limited and Alliance Computer Services Limited. On May 20, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Superb Kings Limited. On August 11, 2008, the Company acquired Holy Sun Limited. On October 27, 2008, the Company disposed its funeral service business.
