中國鐵路建設投資激增
鐵道部副部長王誌國近日表示，未來3年鐵路建設投資計劃表已經敲定，平均每年投資都將在7000億以上。
2008年，中國鐵路投資總額達到創紀錄的3375億元，與2007年相比增加了88.6%。而2009年鐵道部計劃完成6000億元基金投資，同比增幅為77.8%。
中國目前的鐵路通車裏程為8萬千米，人均水平僅6厘米。鐵路運能不足造成中國貨運價格高企，同時火車票緊張，形成世界獨一無二的"春運"奇觀。
經濟危機讓經濟放緩，這對中國不見得是壞事，因為長期落後的經濟部門可以趁機趕上來。而長期掉隊的鐵路則最應該抓住這次機會。
受此消息影響，今日鐵路概念股開始啟動。攀鋼鋼釩（SZ:000629）漲停。中鐵二局（SH:600528）上漲2.25%。
