凯雷集团设立人民币基金以扩大在中国的投资
凯雷投资集团日前与北京市金融工作局就在北京设立人民币基金事宜签署合作谅解备忘录。旨在与凯雷亚洲合作伙伴一道在中国境内独立从事对较大型的、成长性强的企业的投资。
凯雷亚洲合作伙伴人民币基金将根据城市金融和股权投资业发展政策从北京市政府获得优惠待遇。
凯雷集团创始合伙人，董事长兼总经理Daniel D'Aniello 表示："凯雷致力于在中国进行长期的，负责任的和创造价值的投资。凯雷亚洲合作伙伴人民币基金将有助于扩大我们在北京和整个中国的投资能力，进一步扩展凯雷在中国的本地化战略，并有助于当地私人股权业的健康发展。"
凯雷亚洲合作伙伴人民币基金将通过募集人民币资金，在中国境内对较大型的、成长性强的企业进行股权投资。
该私人股权集团表示中国因为其快速的经济增长，已经成为全球最有吸引力的投资目的地。截至目前，凯雷已在中国达成40多个交易，投入超过 25亿美元。
