Canam集团收购位于香港的工程咨询公司InteliBuild
建筑产品的设计和制造商Canam集团（TSX：CAM）已收购位于香港的建筑项目咨询公司InteliBuild有限公司。
"InteliBuild以向亚洲，中国及中东地区的客户提供建筑项目信息模型和三维数字模型咨询服务而闻名，"Canam集团表示，"在2008年，该公司获得了世界软件设计领导者Autodesk的BIM奖以嘉奖其在香港的杰作国泰货运站项目。"
IteliBuild将并入 Canam集团的子公司Technyx，并且将更名为InteliBuild Technyx Asia。
"吸纳InteliBuild的团队将帮助我们巩固在香港建造业技术服务供货商的领先地位，同时扩大我们在亚洲市场的活动范围，" Technyx总裁Jean Thibodeau表示。更重要的是，Technyx将能够吸收InteliBuild的专业知识，并用它来为北美和欧洲客户提供先进的BIM服务。
InteliBuild常务董事Ronan Collins将领导新公司。他表示："我们与Technyx的合作关系将为我们的长期增长和扩大我们的服务范围提供财务稳定和管理知识。"
Canam集团设有12家分公司，专门从事建筑产品及其解决方案的设计和制造。
