中国凭借其黄金生产新记录成为世界第一黄金生产国
中国黄金协会表示，中国的黄金产量较上年同期增长11.34％，达到创纪录的313.98吨。
国家官方通讯社新华社报导，国内黄金行业报告总产值为1375.3亿元（201.4亿美元）,较上年同期增长 18.56％。
中国黄金产量前5名的省份有：山东，河南，江西，福建和云南。这5省的黄金产量占全国总产量的59.48%。
该协会称，前10名的黄金公司开采量为148.55吨，占中国黄金总产量的47.31％。
这也是中国连续第三年在全球黄金产量上排名第一。中国黄金年产量首次超过南非成为世界上最大的黄金生产国。
该协会还报告说中国已关闭和合并小型黄金开采企业，黄金生产企业从2002年的1200多家减少到2009年约700多家。
此外，协会还指出有4705.9吨的黄金在上海黄金交易所交易。
