庞巴迪与中国国银租赁签署飞机融资协议
加拿大商务飞机制造商庞巴迪(TSX:BBD) 已与中国顶级租赁公司国银金融租赁有限公司签署谅解备忘录（MOU），以进一步增加其在迅速发展的中国经济中的市场占有率。
庞巴迪商务飞机的命运与超级富豪和企业飞机市场的消费习惯密切相关，因此它看到了中国这类新兴市场的巨大潜力。
今天签署的谅解备忘录拟让国银租赁对飞机购买提供融资，国银租赁将为庞巴迪宇航C系列、Q400和CRJ飞机的顾客提供支付融资以及租赁解决方案。这笔交易将有助于公司实现拓展中国和亚太地区业务的长期目标。CDB租赁公司将向国际国内顾客提供至多38.5亿美元的融资，用于购买庞巴迪宇航的部分飞机。
"CLC的财务资源将庞巴迪公司推到了一个更强有力的竞争地位，可以为中国及其它地方的潜在客户提供融资和租赁解决方案，" 庞巴迪商用飞机总裁Gary R. Scott先生表示。
战略和业务发展副总裁Mairead Lavery补充说，这份谅解备忘录对寻求"飞机最有解决方案"的双方公司均有利。
截至2009年1月31日的12个月里，在TSX上市的庞巴迪从商用飞机，商务飞机和铁路运输业务中赚取了197亿美元的收入。
