金川为镍生产商Crowflight矿业提供1.5亿美元现金
加拿大小型矿业公司Crowflight Minerals Inc(TSX:CML)昨天宣布，已收到金川集团价值1.5亿美元的收购提议。
Crowflight公司表示，收购报价约合每股0.26加元，较公司4月2日在多伦多交易所收盘价溢价47.3%。而交易宣布之后， Crowflight股价随即上涨0.075加元， 至0.245加元。
若该交易成功， 金川集团将获得Crowflight公司在加拿大曼尼托巴省Bucko Lake镍矿的控制权。该矿不久前才刚刚恢复生产。除了镍矿，Crowflight公司还在安大略省拥有铂、铜等其它金属的矿产项目。
Crowflight在声明中称，其董事会下属特别委员会正对金川收购提议进行评估。
镍是用于不锈钢制造的主要原料，由于受供应短缺担忧影响，国际市场镍的价格最近一直在上涨，就在几天前，金川集团才刚刚将金川镍的出厂价由 171000元/吨上调至173000元/吨，涨幅达2000元。镍价的不断上涨加大了相关企业对镍矿资源的争夺。
