金山礦業出售大店溝項目給甘肅中金黃金
多倫多上市公司金山礦業（TSX: JIN）宣布其直屬附屬公司甘肅太平洋礦業有限公司及其合資合作夥伴核工業西北經濟技術公司已就出售甘肅大店溝金礦項目達成共識。
雙方將把該項目出售給甘肅中金黃金礦業有限公司（上海上市的中金集團的附屬公司，與中國黃金集團有關系），出售價格為人民幣8800萬，或1310萬加元，金山將獲得該售價的53%。
大店溝金礦床位於中國甘肅省南部資源豐富的秦嶺褶皺帶，面積14.91平方公裏。合資雙方已驗明該項目含有的礦業資產總資源為（以0.4克/噸為邊界品位），控制資源量1660萬噸，金品位為0.87克每噸，黃金資源量為544,910盎司，推斷資源量2000萬噸，金品位為0.96克每噸，黃金資源量497,950盎司。
根據2008年的勘探方案的評估，大店溝項目降至公司的期望值以下，不再適合公司的戰略。
金山的主要資源是在中國內蒙古的CSH金礦。金山從2007年7月開始在CSH開采黃金。
