HudBay礦業向Cuoro資源投資245萬美元
加拿大賤金屬和貴重金屬生產商HudBay礦業(TSE:HBM) (NYSE:HBM)週四表示，已通過私人配售向Cuoro資源公司(CVE:CUA)投資245萬美元，股權剛剛超過15％。
這些資金將用於勘探Cuoro的哥倫比亞安蒂奧基亞區的Santa Elena礦場。
根據協議條款，HudBay，在北美和中美洲擁有資產，將購買245萬的Cuoro股票單位，價格為 1.00美元一股。
每個單位由一股普通股構成，既每一認股權證的一半，認股權證賦予HudBay以1.3美元獲得一股額外股份的權利，為期兩年。
Cuoro還給 HudBay參加未來股權融資的權利，使HudBay在該時間維持其股份，只要HudBay持有至少5％的Cuoro權益。
