被迫簽署4筆資產索賠，Sinchao金屬股票下跌
總部位於多倫多的礦業公司Sinchao金屬(CVE:SMZ)週三表示，它已經無法與四筆資產索賠（Sinchao誤認為其所持有的所有權）的原業主達成一致。
Sinchao表示，糾正所有權並不"樂觀"，因此將不得不作出必要的調整，寫下了四個資產，包括Sinchao在秘魯北部的金，銀，銅礦項目。
這一決定使公司在二月份發現的四項索賠沒有擁有過或適當轉移到美國的子公司Andean黃金公司(CVE:AAG),，該公司在2006年將資產轉移到了Sinchao。
因此，Andean和Sinchao在該索賠中都沒有任何專有權益，其中包含Sinchao先前披露的大約40％的推斷資源。
Andean在Sinchao持有59.8%的權益。
週三，Sinchao股價暴跌47％以上至0.115，而Andean股價下跌了10％至0.72。
