Treasury Metals reports high grade gold from Goliath gold project
Treasury Metals (CVE:TML) reported Wednesday high grade drill results from its Goliath gold project in northwestern Ontario.
The results form part of the current 30,000 metre diamond drilling campaign at the site.
The best intersections include 11.50 metres at 9.09 g/t gold, including 4.67 metres at 18.51 g/t gold in hole TL11-152 and 2.50 metres at 10.11 g/t gold in hole TL11-147.
These latest holes are located near the eastern boundary of the resource, which, when coupled with the results from previously announced drilling, are extending the high grade gold zone at the project.
Other notable intersections include 5.20 metres at 4.67 g/t gold in hole TL11-142 and 3.50 metres at 3.47 g/t gold in hole TL11-146.
Three drill rigs are currently operating at the Goliath project, with two rigs on the eastern target. The western zone of the property also shows promise, said Treasury, especially to a deeper extent.
