Plato Gold appoints to new member to board
Canadian gold explorer Plato Gold Corp announced Tuesday that it has appointed Peter Hubacheck to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Hubacheck, as a consulting geologist and president of W.A. Hubacheck Consultants Ltd, has 35 years of experience as a project geologist and exploration manager, with a background in the exploration for gold, silver, base metals, uranium and diamonds in North America.
Most recently, his geological management led to the first time resource estimations of the Island Gold Deposit for the Richmont/Patricia Mining Joint Venture; as well as the Kerrs Gold Deposit on behalf of Sage Gold and Sheltered Oak Resources.
Through 1984 to 1999, he was consulting exploration manager for Agnico-Eagle Group on key projects such as the UG gold property, the Meadowbank Bif gold deposit; and the Victoria Creek Langis Silver projects.
He has also served on the the board of Sheltered Oak Resources since 2008.
