Valirx董事以0.63便士买入2.8亿股
AIM上市的生物技术公司Valirx（LON:VAL）告诉投资者，其四个董事已购买本公司股份。
四位董事总共买了280万股，每股0.63便士。
最大笔的交易是首席执行官Satu Vainikka博士买了123万股份，使她持有的总股数达到17.8亿股，相当于公司总股本的1.71％。
Valirx首席财政官Gerry Desler买了538770股，他现在持有6630000股，占公司总股份0.64％。
非执行董事George Morris和Kevin Alexander也各自买了538770股。Morris现在持有1190万股，占公司的1.14％，Alexander持有397万股，占0.38％。
Valirx正在开发一种药物平台，以压制导致癌症和其它疾病的反叛基因，同时创造一个潜在的创收测试业务。
该公司今年早些时候取得相当大的飞跃，随着其股票从0.25便使一路攀升到1.8便士 - 上涨超过600％。凭借这一点，该公司能够进行配售每股0.6便士，募资330英镑。
这应该看到它的两个主要的可能治疗癌症的方法 - VAL101和VAL201 - 通过临床前阶段的开发和进入人体试验。
VAL101是基于一种叫做GeneICE（是一个工具，用于压制基因的逆反心理）的物质。在这方面它类似于针对癌症的尖端 siRNA技术。然而据 Valirx GeneICE称，有可能更具体，长效型和附有更少副作用。
