International Coal executive director shows the way, acquires further shares
International Coal (ASX: ICX) executive director Hugh Dai has acquired further shares in on-market purchases on 30 August 2011.
The 550,000 shares were acquired indirectly for a consideration of $126,459.77, or $0.229 per share, increasing his interest in the company to 1,800,001 through V Tech Holdings Pty Ltd.
International Coal listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on July 28. It issued 45 million shares at $0.20, to raise $9 million to identify and develop hard coking coal and thermal coal resources.
The company holds exploration projects at Bundaberg, and at South Blackall, in Queensland.
International Coal is currently trading at $0.245.
