Richmond矿业在定向增发中融资450万澳元，并启动SPP
Richmond Mining（ASX: RHM）通过配售14.1亿股，每股0.32澳元，筹资450万澳元，所获资金用于推动美国内华达州的Buena Vista铁矿项目。
在启动购股计划后，Richmond还将以同样的价格筹集额外的资金，这将允许股东购买额外的股份，价值高达15,000美元。
该公司正在积极寻求项目融资，用新的资金注入发展Buena Vista，并使用2812500美元余额收购三杆厂。
资金还将用作该项目的一般营运资金，将直接对两个确保剩余的Buena Vista许可证及进行详细的工程设计工作为先导，以完成该项目的总承包合同。
Richmond上个月在Buena Vista收到了一些积极的消息，其西矿区的可行性研究结果：
- 资本成本，1.61亿美元;
- 内部收益率41％（使用保守的平均价格为 FOB集中的最初10年的110美元）;
- 平均每年的高品位铁精矿产量为 175万湿公吨，分级67.5％总铁矿，具有非常低的杂质最初拥有10年采矿寿命;
- 第一个10年运营将有4.76亿美元免费的税后现金流；
