瑞银表示买入Greene King, Marston’s和JD Wetherspoon
投资银行瑞银提高酒吧股份Greene King (LON:GNK)，Marston's (LON:MARS)和JD Wetherspoon（LON:JDW）评级，指出在消费环境"过热"时，投资者关注该行业。
"除了短暂小雨，在四月交易中好于预期，年初至今酒吧股份表现落后于市场和休闲部门，"该银行在今天上午公布的一份研究报告说。 "随着明年家庭现金流量在今年下降三成后预计将增长百分之三，我们预计在2012年的消费支出比2011年好。拥有更多的现金可供支配支出使酒馆消费更容易一点，我们认为还没有反映在股价上。"
瑞银指出，该行业的买卖今年一直波动，四月由于好天气和有益的假日日历，对等的销售增长了3.8％，但"沉闷的五月天气条件和缺乏被压抑的需求意味着对等销售下降了0.3％"。
瑞银补充说，它相信去年6月的好天气，并在一定程度上得益于2010年世界杯，"将使比较困难持续到直到七月中旬，当这个困难的时期对比应该放心"。
因此，该银行说，这是改变其对Greene King,、Marston's和JD Wetherspoon的立场从"中立"到"买入"。Greene King的目标价格已从525便士调升至530便士，而Marston's和JD Wetherspoon各自的目标价格是110便士和490便士。
