Crescent黄金：股东同意收购，Focus矿业现在持股31.7%
Crescent黄金（ASX: CRE， TSX: CRA）股东接受Focus矿业（ASX：FML）场外收购要约，Focus现在持有31.7％Crescent股权。
该要约将开放至2011年8月1日（星期一）。
所有的 Crescent董事已提供承兑汇票。
Focus将提供每1.18股Crescent股份配1股，这是有条件的最低接受90％ - 相当于30.5％的溢价。
Focus已经收到了预投标协议，赞成Focus从德意志银行集团收购19.9％Crescent股权。
此外，德意志银行已表示有意接受平衡其控股的要约，约9.24％的Crescent股份，没有监管机构的建议。
此次合并将使 Focus成为澳大利亚的五大黄金生产商之一，2012年生产目标230000盎司（从多个露天和井下作业）。
合并后的集团将拥有430万盎司黄金的 JORC资源。
