Crescent黄金：股东同意收购，Focus矿业现在持股44.7%
Crescent黄金（ASX: CRE, TSX: CRA）股东接受Focus矿业（ASX：FML）场外收购要约，Focus现在持股44.7％。
此邀约公开至2011年8月15日（星期一）。
所有的Crescent董事已提供承兑汇票。
Focus提供每1.18股 Crescent可得一股，这是有条件的最低接受90％ - 相当于30.5％的溢价。
此次合并将使Focus成为澳大利亚的五大黄金生产商之一，2012年生产目标是230000盎司，从多个露天和井下作业。
合并后的集团将拥有430万盎司JORC资源黄金。
在其它Cresent新闻中 - 上周该公司宣布黄金产量预测第二季度超过预期8.5％，生产23871盎司，总值约3600万美元，基于1500美元的基本价。
