Celamin Holdings reports on board changes, trading halt request
Celamin Holdings (ASX:CNL) has reported that executive chairman Kevin Nichol, and directors Peter Avery and Michael Trifunovic have tendered their resignation on Friday 18th November 2011 after the close of market trading.
Melanie Leydin and Justin Mouchacca have provided their consent and were appointed to the Board late on Friday 18th of November effective immediately.
They will join David Regan, executive director who will continue as a member of the Board.
Request for trading halt
Celamin requested an immediate trading halt on its securities pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation to the acquisition of Celamin Limited.
The trading halt was requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to commencement of trading on Wednesday 23 November 2011.
