Lonrho主席Lenigas和CEO White加入Rubicon董事會
Lonrho主席 David Lenigas和CEO Geoffrey White在投資了400000英鎊後加入了 Rubicon Diversified Investments董事會，擁有了12.7%的股份。
Lonrho (LON:LONR)表示執行總裁David Lenigas和董事長Geoffrey White參加了Rubicon Diversified Investments (LON:RUBI)董事會，作為非執行董事，從12月13日起生效。
Lonrho在Rubicon投資了400000英鎊，通過11月18日的出售，當Rubicon也表示收入將被用來盡職調查航空板塊的可行性。
投資在盧比孔河給了Lonrho12.7%的股份
Rubicon在對尋找全球飛行及飛行服務板塊的收購的投資政策改變的那天宣佈焦點轉移到非洲。
本月初，Rubicon告訴投資者它將與易捷航空成立者Stelios Haji-Ioannou根據條款協議合作。easyGroup將佔有投資集團15%的股票並且提供建議和航空技術，Rubicon將會看到fastjet.com商標提供航空服務。
