Dynamic Energy JV to increase coal capacity to 20m tons by 2012
Dynamic Energy has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Henan Province Coalbed Gas Development and Utilizations. The deal will see the company boost annual coal capacity to a projected 10 million tons by 2011 and 20 million tons by 2012.
The Joint Venture Partner, with Henan Province Coalbed Gas Development and Utilizations, is a state-owned enterprise and was set up by the Henan Provincial Government. It has been granted with banking facilities of RMB17.8bn by the China Development Bank for the purpose of acquisition and consolidation of coal mines as well as exploration, development and utilization of coalbed gas resources in the Henan Province.
