Shanghai Allied Cement moves into television production with HK$36m purchase
Shanghai Allied Cement is to purchase a 51 percent controlling stake in Xian Jinding, a television production company in Beijing.
The acquisition, for a consideration of HK$36m, will allow the company to further participate in the media market of the PRC, diversifying from its core business of selling cement and clinker products.
