China Resources Gas Group Ltd.
China Resources Gas Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is organized into four segments: semiconductor, concrete, sale and distribution of gas fuel and related products, and gas connection. Semiconductor segments is engaged in the design, fabrication and packaging of integrated circuits and discrete devices. Concrete segment is engaged in the sale and distribution of gas fuel and related products (sale of liquefied petroleum gas and natural gas for residential, commercial and industrial use). During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company disposed China Resources Microelectronics Limited (CR Microelectronics), which was engaged in semiconductor operation. The Company also disposed Rich Team Resources Limited, which was engaged in the production of sale of ready mixed concrete within Hong Kong. On October 30, 2008, the Company acquired CR Gas, which operates a portfolio of gas distribution business.

China Resources Gas buys 80pct stake in Zhengzhou Gas
China Resources Gas entered into an agreement to buy an 80 percent stake in Zhengzhou Gas Group, the parent company of listed Zhengzhou Gas (HK:3928).
Zhengzhou Gas shares were suspended from July 6 until today, when they rose 28.9 percent in early trading, closing 15.80 percent up at HK$12.12.
