LDK Solar acquires controlling stake in Italian system integrator
LDK Solar has announced the acquisition of 70 percent of the shares of Italian systen integrator Solar Green Technology (SGT).
LDK Solar is planning to strengthen its presence in the Italian PV market. SGT will provide project opportunities and technical support.
According to LDK chairman, Xiaofeng Peng, the Italian PV market is one of the most dynamic and profitable in Europe.
Solar Green Technology is an experienced Italian system integrators of turnkey PV plants, headquartered in Milan.
