Shanghai Allied Cement proposes name change to ChinaVision Media Group, makes 3G games acquisition
Shanghai Allied Cement has proposed a name change to "ChinaVision Media Group Ltd." following the disposal of its cement businesses at the end of May.
The company is also spending RMB10m for a 51 percent stake in Tianjin-based 3G mobile game developer Tangram Innovation through its subsidiary Beijing Xinxian Lanjing Culture.
Earlier this month, Shanghai Allied Cement bought a controlling stake in Xian Jinding, a television production company with operations in Beijing.
