China Pipe Group acquires 60pct stake in Jinyufeng Piping
China Pipe Group has acquired a 60 percent stake in Yantai Jinyufeng Piping Ltd for a consideration of RMB18m.
According to the group, the acquisition expands China Pipe Group's market share, production capacaity and adds opportunity for further vertically-integrated production.
