China Aoxing Pharma gets renewal of GMP certification for capsule production facility
China Aoxing Pharmaceutical Co Inc, specialised in research, development, manufacturing and distribution of narcotic and pain management products, said the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration has renewed the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification for its capsule formulation and packaging production facility.
The certificate is valid for five years and was issued by the SFDA following a site inspection.
Good Manufacturing Practice is a term that is recognized worldwide for the control and management of manufacturing and quality control testing of foods, pharmaceutical products, and medical devices.
According to the National Medicine Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, all pharmaceutical manufacturers must pass an examination every five years to renew their GMP Certificates.
"GMP compliance is the gold standard in quality assurance in the life science industry. We are happy to obtain the renewal of the GMP certificate for capsule products," said Juan Yue Han, chairman and the CEO of China Aoxing.
