China Wind Power Wind Farm #1 sold 13.9m kWH to the grid
Ontario-headquartered China Wind Power International Corp said as at July 31 2009, its Wind Farm#1 has generated and sold more than 13.9 million KiloWatt hours of electricity to the power grid.
It has now 36 wind turbines installed in wind farms #1 and #2 in Heilongjiang Province's Du Mon County, representing 52 MegaWatts of capacity, of which 20 wind turbines have been connected to the power grid and are in trial production.
Once completed the two wind farms will have an aggregate capacity of 98.5 MW.
