China Water Affairs acquires Bright Orient to increase Jianghe holding to 50pct
China Water Affairs Group (HK:0855) announced today it will acquire Bright Orient Group for RMB38.4m in order to increase its own holdings in Jianghe Hydro-electric to 50 percent.
