Packing machine maker China Wonder raises H1 sales by 21pct
Packing machinery maker China Wonder Ltd (AIM:CWO) increased first half sales by 21 percent to £2.11m while pre-tax profits fell to £220,000 from £253,500.
Despite the continuing background of the global economic crisis, the group has achieved the significant improvement in trading that it had anticipated, it said. “As the Chinese economy recovers, the board believe that the group will continue to develop and provide growing returns to shareholders,” it said. In line with its development strategy, China Wonder continues to actively seek expansion opportunities both in the People's Republic of China and the United Kingdom.
