NF Energy predicts 2009 revenues up 52pct to US$24m
Chinese flow control systems manufacturer NF Energy (OTCBB: NFEC) said today it expected full year revenues of US$24 million, which would be 52 percent higher than FY revenues of US$15.8 million for 2008.
Based on customer orders and the anticipated project completion schedule, NF expects Q3 revenues of US$7.4 million, up from US$4.6 million last year, while Q4 turnover is expected at US$9.6 million, more than a twofold increase from US$4.1 million in Q4 2008.
The company said it was benefitting from the installed capacity additions in the congregation sector and construction in the water supply sector, as well as higher energy conservation and emission reduction targets set by local governments and industries.
NF Energy has been busy over the past few months, having secured a US$43.9 million energy management contract from a hospital in Shenyang this month after winning a lighting systems agreement from the Liaoning government in August and a US$2.6 million order for iron butterfly valves in August on top of two other contract wins in July worth over US$8 million.
