China Water Industry Group in talks to acquire 39m watt waste-to-energy business in Changchun
China Water Industry Group Limited has announced it is in talks over a possible acquisition of 90 percent of Jilin Province Xin Xiang Limited Liability Company, a company engaged in urban solid waste treatment and waste-to-energy business exclusively in Changchun City.
Phase I and phase II of Jilin Xin Xiang's waste-to-energy project are currently in operation with approximately 520 tonnes of daily urban solid waste handling capacity and an annual electricity production of approximately 39 million Watts.
