Green Dragon’s Grewal speaks at prestigious Chinese conference
Randeep Grewal, chairman of Green Dragon Gas (LON:GDG) and Greka Drilling (LON:GDL), has been invited to speak at a prestigious business conference in China's Henan province.
The Henan Cooperation and Communication conference, which is sponsored by the People's Government, will focus on accelerating the construction of the ‘Central China Economic Zone' and the revitalization of Henan Province, Green Dragon said in a stock exchange statement.
Grewal is one of six dignitaries - including representatives from Cisco, Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart - that were invited to speak at the event. More than 300 executives, from international and provincial enterprises, are attending the conference.
"(Green Dragon's) prominence in Henan Province stems from its operational headquarters being located in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province and my strategic vision of developing and executing an environmentally progressive business plan. This has been well noted by Henan and its Government.
