Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary; Grant of Options
Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) ("Fluormin" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Minay Mahidharia as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Minay Kishor Mahidharia is a UK-qualified corporate finance lawyer who joins the Company from a leading international law firm.
Grant of Options
The Company announces the grant of 200,000 options to acquire ordinary shares to the directors of the Company and senior management. All of the options granted pursuant to this announcement are exercisable at a price of £1.25 per ordinary share.
